A Nigerian man studying abroad was left in shock after discovering that his university gives money to students.
Upon learning about it, he wasted no time in securing his share.
In a post shared on X, formerly Twitter, he revealed that he had no idea his school was offering financial support to students until a fellow Nigerian informed him.
Determined to confirm the claim, he hurried to the student affairs office, where he found a queue of students waiting to receive their money.
After a long wait, he confirmed the distribution was real and successfully collected his share.
In a video, he recounted his experience:
“One of my Nigerian brothers called me and said the school was giving students money. I was surprised and immediately ran to student affairs to verify.”
“People had gathered, and I found myself at the front of the line. As a true Nigerian, I stayed at the front because when it comes to money, we don’t carry last.”
“Many students had already collected theirs and left. Eventually, I got mine too.”
