<p><strong>Chelsea</strong> winger <a target="_blank" href="https://gistreel.com/tag/mykhailo-mudryk"><strong><u><b>Mykhailo Mudryk</b></u></strong></a> has passed a lie detector test as he continues to serve a provisional suspension for a failed drugs test, according to Shakhtar Donetsk CEO Sergei Palkin.</p>
<p>Mudryk, who tested positive for meldonium last year, has maintained his innocence throughout the ongoing investigation.</p>
<p>Palkin, speaking to GIVEMESPORT, revealed that the Ukraine international voluntarily underwent a polygraph examination arranged by his legal team which he reportedly passed.</p>
<p>“I have spoken to Mudryk many times since this doping issue arose. He doesn’t understand how it could have happened.</p>
<p>“He has no clue. No idea at all,” Palkin said. “His lawyers organised for him to take a lie detector test, which he passed. It will form part of the evidence showing he didn’t intentionally do anything wrong.”</p>
<p>The B-sample results are still pending, leaving the matter unresolved. Meanwhile, the Football Association’s provisional ban remains in place.</p>
<p>Palkin also stressed that Shakhtar Donetsk, Chelsea and Mudryk all share a common interest in resolving the case quickly, citing financial implications from performance-related bonuses tied to Mudryk’s transfer.</p>
<p>“If he’s not playing, it causes problems for us because we could potentially lose €30m,” Palkin added.</p>
<p>“We all support Mudryk and hope he is allowed to continue playing football soon.”</p>
<p>Chelsea are set to face Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, with Mudryk unavailable for selection.</p>
