You&#8217;ll navigate end-to-end supply chain management from procurement, raw materials, supply and demand planning and the intricate world of supply chain operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless product delivery. This year we will also be offering a rotational Engineering opportunity as part of our supply chain pathway. <p> Key Rotations: Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain (Flavour Solutions &; Consumer) &; Engineering</p>
<p><b>Procurement</b></p>
<p> (Direct and Indirect) </p>
<ul>
<li>Directly owning spend categories to create a sourcing strategy and drive value</li>
<li>Working with Category Heads to drive Strategy in the region by engaging stakeholders and owning key elements of the strategy delivery</li>
<li>Working with stakeholders across multiple functions to make a positive difference to procurement&#8217;s value add to the business &#8211; e.g., operations, logistics, marketing, finance, to influence and drive positive changes and decisions</li>
<li>Owning change projects with our supply base that will make a big difference to how we manage our external spend, increasing efficiency and/or reduce complexity</li>
</ul>
<p> Manufacturing </p>
<ul>
<li>Working with the Operations Management team, to develop key operational and best-practice skills within the food manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Experiencing the role of Team Leader from time-to-time, to help you develop and grow as an individual and attain the skills required for the next level of management</li>
<li>Supporting the Team Leader in prioritizing the activities of the team, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identifying Continuous Improvement projects and working with cross-functional teams using best-practice manufacturing techniques such as LEAN, Kaizen and SMED techniques</li>
<li>Adhering to Health &; Safety practices, using our behavioural safety programme &#8216;Dupont Safestart&#8217;, and ensuring your team operates within our &#8216;safe systems of work&#8217;</li>
</ul>
<p> Supply Chain</p>
<p> (Flavour Solutions)</p>
<ul>
<li>Full ownership and management of a small portfolio of finished goods or materials including planning, communication and issue resolution with supply chain, operations, procurement, suppliers, and the customer in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Manage a supply chain project working cross functionally to deliver a cost/ time benefit to the business.</li>
<li>Learn and explore new systems / reports to leverage new information for the planning team</li>
</ul>
<p> Supply Chain</p>
<p> (Consumer) </p>
<ul>
<li>Undertake an end to end value stream mapping of the co-packing supply chain initially focused on the UK market with the potential to extend across Europe.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to optimise the supply chain from a cost, service and agility perspective. The scope includes NPD, promotions and standard skus with product supply from France, Poland, UK and external co-manufacturing.</li>
<li>Assess the opportunities and make recommendations for eliminating co-packing activities &#8211; examples may be ensuring the product is made in the factories shelf ready, in-housing the external co-packing activities, etc.</li>
</ul>
<p> Engineering </p>
<ul>
<li>Development of a small scale CCI/ Quality improvement project</li>
<li>Supporting ongoing commissioning activities of process / packaging lines on site</li>
<li>Coordination of x-functional teams on project execution for small scale projects/ tests/ trials</li>
<li>Rotations will also offer the opportunity to experience routine maintenance in a plant environment</li>
</ul>
