<p> Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment,<br />
 <br /> delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.</p>

<li>Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.</li>
<li>Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization&#8217;s strategic priorities.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b></p>
<p> <b>Education:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate&#8217;s degree, or Bachelor&#8217;s degree</li>
</ul>

<li>5 years of experience required.</li>
<li>10 years of experience preferred.</li>
