Responsibilities
Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment,
delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
- Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization’s strategic priorities.
- Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree
required. * Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
