
A Nigerian man who claimed he once played for the Nigeria national under-20 football team, the Flying Eagles, has revealed that he now works as a taxi driver.
In a video shared on TikTok, the man identified as Chinedu Kalu was seen conveying passengers while narrating his past as a professional footballer.
He stated that he once played as a midfielder under coach Samson Siasia and featured for several clubs, including a team based in Enugu.
“I’m once a footballer. I played for Flying Eagles. I played under Samson Siasia. I played for Delta Football Club in Enugu. My name is Chinedu Kalu,” he said.
He went on to express optimism despite the change in his career path, saying, “I believe that the downfall of a man is not the end of his life.”
