<p>A Nigerian <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/man"><strong>man</strong></a> battling a debt of over â¦18 million has sparked intense online debate after revealing that his <strong>wife</strong> is seeking his permission to sleep with a wealthy chief in exchange for money to feed their son.</p>
<p>The man’s story was shared anonymously via a popular social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), where he detailed his emotional struggle and the heartbreaking proposal from his wife.</p>
<p>He admitted to being torn between desperation and morality, even considering divorce as a way to free her from marital obligations.</p>
<p>He wrote: <em>“Sir Wiz, I’m just confused. Things have gotten really bad for me. My wife is begging me to permit her to sleep with a chief who’s been disturbing her, so we can feed our son.”</em></p>
<p><em>“But it doesn’t sit right with me. I can’t imagine giving that kind of consent and still staying in the marriage. But I kind of feel we’re past happiness now.”</em></p>
<p>“<em>I’m considering divorce—so I can move on, and she can do whatever she needs to help herself and our son. Things keep getting worse.”</em></p>
<p><em>“I’ve been selling my property, but the business is still not making a profit. We feed for a few days, then we’re broke again. My current debt is over â¦18 million.”</em></p>
