<p> In this role, you will be running technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborating with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s substantial investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium personal care products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, right here in Neenah, WI. <p> <b>In this role you will:</b></p>
<p> Safely operate high speed technologically advanced manufacturing equipment</p>
<p> Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair and quality checks</p>
<p> 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights – 2-2-3)</p>
<p> 6 am – 6 pm; 6 pm – 6 am ($.60 night shift differential)</p>
<p> One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period</p>
<p> No partner responsibility = guaranteed shifts/hours</p>

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. <p> Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States</p>
<p> Have a High School Diploma or GED</p>
<p> One year manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent Military education/ training is preferred.</p>
<p> Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.</p>
<p> Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.</p>
<p> Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions, use strong gripping hand functions. In addition, all employees are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.</p>
<p> Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.</p>
<p> Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).</p>
