<p><b>Job description</b>: Century Industrial FZE is a top leading company in the manufacturing company that produces sanitary wares, baby diapers and wipes. We have branches both in VI, Lagos and Igbesa, Ogun State.</p>
<p> We are recruiting to fill the position below:</p>
<p> Job Position: Logistics Supervisor<br />
 Job Location: Igbesa, Ogun<br />
 Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, and distribution operations</li>
<li>Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, customer service, and cost savings</li>
<li>Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads</li>
<li>Track order fulfillment, and investigate and resolve discrepancies</li>
</ul>
<p> Major Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field</li>
<li>At least 5 years of prior experience in a supervisory role in logistics or related field</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and distribution processes and procedures</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills</li>
<li>Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Other Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>He must know at least strong and registered 15-20 transporters of which each must have capacity to provide 20-30 trucks of different capacity.</li>
<li>He must be conversant with all the Nigerian geo-political zones and access roads.</li>
</ul>
