Job Position: Logistics Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Operational Hours (Shifts) Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm
Weekends: 8am – 2pm / Remote
Industry: Pharmacy
Job Description
- Responsible for supervising the logistic support Services within the business and to customers
- Ensure the efficient management of resources (fleet, Assets, utilities)
- Conduct trainings for team members
- Engage in weekly meetings with logistics team members on unit productivity and growth.
- Ensure the good weekly vehicle & Bikes/ staff planning
- In collaboration with the drivers/riders hire ensure on-time repair & maintenance of the vehicles/bikes.
- Accurate record of fuel usage and lead time.
- Prepare Logistics Daily/Weekly/Monthly report to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Great leadership and goal-setting skills
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
