<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We are seeking a Loan Recovery / Collection Officer to join our team. As a Loan Recovery/Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting defaulters loans on behalf of our clients, ensuring timely payment and reducing the risk of loan defaults.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Contact defaulting borrowers on behalf of our clients to discuss payment options and negotiate payment arrangements</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with defaulting borrowers, ensuring open communication and a professional approach</li>
<li>Work closely with our clients to develop effective collection strategies and minimize loan losses</li>
<li>Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>
<li>Monitor and manage defaulters accounts, identifying risks and taking proactive measures to prevent further delinquency</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of defaulters accounts, including all communication and correspondence with borrowers</li>
<li>Prepare and submit regular reports on delinquent accounts to our clients, including analysis and recommendations for further action</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualifications / Requirement / Responsibilities </p>
<ul>
<li>OND / HND / B.Sc</li>
<li>Minimum Requirement: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Loan Collection Agent</li>
<li>Proven experience in loan recovery/collection or related field</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software</li>
<li>Understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to loan recovery and collection</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data</li>
