LA Nigerian lady has accused the police of abducting her younger brother after he was arrested in Port Harcourt over car document issues, despite presenting a sworn affidavit to clarify the situation.
In a post shared via her page on X (formerly Twitter), she explained that her brother was returning from a lounge late at night when police officers stopped him for questioning about his car’s engine registration number.
Despite showing them the court-issued affidavit, they allegedly detained him and moved him to another location.
She revealed that he was initially taken to Emuoha Police Station, where his phones were seized, cutting off communication.
After hours of worry, he managed to regain access to his phone around 2 a.m. and sent his live location to her.
When she tracked him to the station, officers reportedly told her that he had been moved to Bayelsa that morning, stating the officers had only spent the night at the station before continuing the trip.

“Please Nigerians come to my aid ooo, my kid brother was coming back from his lounge last night after his hard day’s job and members of the @PoliceNG picked him up.”
“He had issues with his car document engine registration number, which he has sworn an affidavit for.”
“He tried to explain to them that he has an affidavit, and they refused to listen. They picked him up at 11 p.m., took him from Port Harcourt city to Emuoha Police Station, seized his phones, and kept him out of communication.”
“I don’t know how he got his phone by 2 a.m., but he quickly sent a message to me with his live location.”
“I tracked it to Emuoha Police Station this morning, and I was told he has been moved to Bayelsa. The officers only passed the night there and proceeded to Bayelsa this morning.”
“I haven’t been able to reach him. You people should help me ooo, my kid brother has been abducted oooo. These police officers at Emuoha Police Station are not making it easy for me. Help me oooo.”
