<li>Provide support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.</li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to technology improvements.</li>
<li>Support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the IT operations team to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems.</li>
<li>Assist in enforcing security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.</li>
<li>Assist with vendor management, contract negotiations, and issue resolution.</li>

<p> <b>Qualifications and Experience</b> </p>

<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>A Master&#8217;s Degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies, and security practices.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</li>
