<p> 1.) Head of Accounts Department</p>
<p> Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos<br />
 <br /> Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p> <b>Job Summary</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Provides Strategic financial input to increase revenue and reduce costs while keenly overseeing the overall</li>
<li>Assigned duties to guards accordingly and frequent monitoring of every station a security guard is manning</li>
<li>Regular routine check and scanning of customers entering the mall.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Duties</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Develops, supervises and implements all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</li>
<li>Manages, supervises and provides financial requirements for the department.</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines at all times for board and top management meetings.</li>
<li>Analyses financial discrepancies and recommends effective solutions.</li>
<li>Monitors expenditures, analyzes revenues and determines budget variances.</li>
<li>Plans, controls and implements the annual budgeting process.</li>
<li>Preparation of regular financial reports, profit and cash flow forecasts, analyses and other accounting reports.</li>
<li>Preparation of annually, quarterly and monthly management accounts reports and year-end accounts respectively and ensuring they are produced on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Monitors financial transactions and ensures compliance with the Order policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
<p> Education &; Skills Required </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting / Financial Management.</li>
<li>6 &#8211; 8 years of experience in a Senior position.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Finance Analysis, Financial Reports and Large Budgets.</li>
<li>Fellow / Certification of a Financial Professional body is a must, (ICAN, ACA or ACCA)</li>
<li>Masters in Accounting/Finance is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Preferred age range is 35 &#8211; 45 years old.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Work schedule:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>9am to 9pm Monday to Saturday (6 days of the week and 1 day off).</li>
<li>Business opens 365 days in a year.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Remuneration</b><br />
 <br /> N600,000 &#8211; N800,000 Net Monthly.</p>

<p> <b>Job Description</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee teams of tailors and manage other staff members,</li>
<li>Maintain business operations, and work with clients</li>
<li>Oversee projects and carry out quality control</li>
<li>Create designs (a plus but optional) and take measurements of customers.</li>
<li>Supervise tailors to ensure quality assurance (Quality control).</li>
<li>Research fashion trends and be active on social media.</li>
<li>Daily stock taking of fabrics and ready to wear outfits.</li>
<li>Manage the day-to-day activity of the business without supervision.</li>
<li>Supervise and work with other members of staff.</li>
<li>Oversee production of ready-to-wear and bespoke clothing from point A to Z.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of various contemporary styles.</li>
<li>Create illustrations, prototypes, and sketches(a plus but optional).</li>
<li>Choose materials and sources for the market when necessary.</li>
<li>Keep track of inventory at all times in order to avoid setbacks due to shortages.</li>
<li>Willing to represent or be the face of the brand whenever necessary.</li>
<li>Carry out home service when necessary</li>
<li>Run errands for the MD when necessary.</li>

<p> <b>Job Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Educational qualification: OND, HND or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree.</li>
<li>Should have minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Admin role or social media manager</li>
<li>Must be good with the color combination, complexion and size fit Should be able to sketch (for retail and bespoke wear, a plus but optional)</li>
<li>Must be assertive and able to guide others.</li>
<li>Must possess basic organizational skills to keep the show rooms , tailors factory, storage and other spaces in order.</li>
<li>Must be able to manage dairy and keep books accommodation</li>
<li>Must be a fashion enthusiast</li>
<li>Must be fluent in english and express self articulately.</li>
<li>Must have good communication and customer skills</li>
<li>Must reside on the Island(close proximity to business location).</li>
<li>Must be professional at all times</li>
<li>Must be able to manage social media platforms.</li>
<li>Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook to a satisfactory level.</li>
<li>Must be young and vibrant.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Remuneration</b><br />
 <br /> N100,000 Monthly.</p>
