<p> 1.) Account Officer</p>
<p> Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos<br />
 Employment Type: Full-time</p>
<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and verify incoming and outgoing invoices, waybill along with PO</li>
<li>Prepare cheque requisition with attached necessary documents.</li>
<li>Maintain vendor files, etc</li>
<li>Managing financial records in compliance iwth tax and accounting laws</li>
<li>Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.</li>
<li>Reconcile account payable transactions of individual vendors.</li>
<li>Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND qualification in Accounting</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant .</li>
<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and different Accounting Softwares</li>
<li>ACA is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Applicant must reside in Lagos.</li>

<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain quality standards and recommend improvement for all stages of processing.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate quality assurance records directed by Head Quality Assurance.</li>
<li>Investigate complaints to determine causes, consult with appropriate production personnel to correct deficiencies.</li>
<li>Oversee cleanliness and housekeeping of operation.</li>
<li>Ensure that all food safety standard are maintained.</li>
<li>Conduct process and plant audit.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with government regulations.</li>
<li>Use, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and supervise as required.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to standards of all incoming and outgoing materials, ingredients and packaged products.</li>
<li>Assist in development of new products and or line extenders as required.</li>
<li>Ensure all labels, nutritional information and manufacturing data are correct.</li>
</ul>
<p> Educational Qualifications &; Experience </p>
<ul>
<li>B.Sc, B.Tech in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science Technology and Science related course.</li>
<li>3-4 years of experience in Plant Quality Control/ Assurance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality is an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li>Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.</li>
<li>Communicating job expectations and coaching employees</li>
<li>Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity</li>
<li>Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels</li>
<li>Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds</li>
<li>Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment</li>
<li>Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy</li>
<li>Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation</li>
<li>Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or a related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position, preferably in Apapa, Lagos</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software</li>
<li>Knowledge of warehousing ERP software packages, data entry, and MS Office proficiency</li>
<li>Time management skills and the ability to delegate</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and organizational skills</li>
<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
