 <br /> This is Primary focussed initially and will grow to whole school.</p>
<p> A new British independent school in Lagos, Nigeria and West Africa is looking for teachers to join the opening team of this exciting new school that will bring British education to the heart of Nigeria. The school represents the single biggest private sector investment in education in Nigeria and will have world class facilities unmatched in the region. Their philosophy draws on over 400 years of experience in education from our British partner school, as one of the oldest and most prestigious independent schools in the UK.</p>
<p> We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Primary Teachers to to join our founding team in Years 1 to 4 and help to start our brand new school. You will be a key leader in the school with the opportunity to envision and develop a rich and varied programme.</p>
<p> Their plan for the first year is to recruit 200 &#8211; 250 students. Primary Class Teachers will be supported by Assistant Teachers, along with specialists in area including languages, STEAM, PE, Music and Art. Our Campus will open in phases and grow to accommodate 1800 students from Year to Year 13.</p>
<p> <b>Requirements:</b><br />
 <br /> &#8211; B&#8217;ed or PGCE for Primary from the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada<br />
 <br /> &#8211; English National Curriculum or IPC experience preferred<br />
 <br /> -5 or more years of consistent experience teaching in an international school or state school using the IPC or one of the national curricula above, 2 years experience as STEM or STEAM coordinator or related. For this role, secondary or middle school STEAM leaders will be considered as long as they are comfortable working at Primary level.<br />
