<li>Employees may provide support for hardware, applications, operating systems, and networking.</li>
<li>This function requires an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of technologies to effectively support end-users and provide guidance to others.</li>
</ul>
<p> Skills: </p>
<ul>
<li>Broad knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments.</li>
<li>General knowledge of IT security principles.</li>
<li>General knowledge of Microsoft OS and general productivity tools; MS Office, SharePoint,</li>
<li>OneDrive, OneNote, Power BI, and other general applications.</li>
<li>Skilled customer service professional.</li>
<li>Skilled IT consultant with the ability to solve and/or prevent technical problems.</li>
<li>Ability to independently resolve routine and non-routine issues on software and/or hardware.</li>
<li>Ability to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to solve unexpected problems associated with projects and daily work.</li>
