<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Team Leadership &#8211; Provide guidance and mentorship to IT staff, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.</li>
<li>Project Management &#8211; Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Vendor Management &#8211; Work with IT vendors and suppliers to procure hardware and software as needed.</li>
<li>Budgeting &#8211; Help in preparing and managing the IT department&#8217;s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.</li>
<li>Documentation &#8211; Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and policies.</li>
<li>User Support &#8211; Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their technology needs are met.</li>
<li>IT Infrastructure Management &#8211; Oversee the maintenance and operation of servers, networks, and other IT systems to ensure uptime and reliability.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting &#8211; Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.</li>
<li>Security &#8211; Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems.</li>
<li>Compliance- Ensure IT operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field with 4-6 years of experience.</li>
<li>Experience in managing technology systems and staff</li>
<li>Ability to create and implement IT policies and initiatives that align with the company&#8217;s overall goals and objectives</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 450000 &#8211; 650000 per month<br />
