<p><b>Job description</b>: <b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide Technical support for Operations for ERP-related processes.</li>
<li>Ensure all ERP related initiatives stay on-schedule and on-budget.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining relevant system and process documentation for both existing and proposed processes.</li>
<li>Collaborates with internal and external customers, and Information Technology executives to drive the application systems or technical services processes.</li>
<li>Ability to train and coach coworkers on ERP software &; processes</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with other technical and non-technical resources</li>
<li>Ability to develop and execute software Test Plans</li>
<li>Managing user privileges</li>
<li>Vendor management collaboration on software development projects</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>An Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred)</li>
<li>Two (2) years of experience Plex (ERP) experience is required. Detailed familiarity with labeling, scanning, inventory, shipments, financials, materials, integration, etc.</li>
<li>A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the design, development, deployment and support of IT systems in the automotive industry</li>
<li>A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Automotive industry experience is required</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Different Build processes: Batch, Broadcast &; Sequenced (ILVS)</li>
<li>MES integration with ERP systems</li>
<li>Bill of Materials, piece price management, component-based releases</li>
<li>Component &; Lot Traceability &; Quality requirements &; processes</li>
<li>Managing Releases, Purchase orders, Invoices</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Skills/Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with shipping to Ford, Stellantis, GM &; Honda highly preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and Excel highly preferred</li>
<li>Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) support experience highly preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Plex Classic and Plex UX and transition (Classic to Plex)</li>
<li>Experience supporting IATF, ISO &; Cybersecurity Audits</li>
</ul>
