terminology&comma; new records&comma; and bulk uploads in the Museum&&num;8217&semi;s Collection Management System &lpar;MI&plus;&rpar; in compliance with licences&comma; legal requirements&comma; and statutory obligations&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><b>Key areas of responsibility&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>Support the monitoring of data standards and terminology in the Collection Management System and quality assurance of inventory level records&comma; mandatory fields&comma; locations&comma; and process and procedure records in collaboration with the Inventory Manager and Catalogue Manager&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Support the programme of data entry for backlogs and data and terminology improvement tasks working with stakeholders&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Support the development and implementation of Collection Management System upgrades and relevant system modules and workflows&comma; monitoring issues&comma; safeguarding data integrity&comma; and completing bug fixes and enhancements in the Collection Management System&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ensure compliance with licences&comma; legal requirements&comma; and statutory obligations&comma; e&period;g&period;&comma; H&amp&semi;S&comma; Human Tissue Act and Firearms Licence requirements&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist in maintaining an ongoing prioritised programme of collection audits and supporting ad hoc audit requests as appropriate&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Support backlog registration and record improvement by performing batch edits and other tasks such as ensuring new records and bulk uploads are committed successfully&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;<p> About you&colon; <&sol;p>&NewLine;<ul>&NewLine;<li>IT literate with proficiency in Excel and Word and in collections databases &lpar;data entry&comma; retrieval&comma; and terminology issues&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Understanding and knowledge of the UK collection management documentation standard &lpar;SPECTRUM&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Some experience of Collection Management System&lpar;s&rpar;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Knowledge of museum and cultural sector<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Excellent time management<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Ability to plan and prioritise effectively&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Highly developed organisational skills<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Experience of monitoring targets&comma;
