<p> What you’ll do:</p>
<p> Assess our customer needs </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide global, regional and onsite support for technical site assessments of enterprise customers for pre-sale technical qualification, including laboratory testing &; qualification if needed, and technical solution recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead on-site assessments and lead the team to identify solution opportunities.</li>
<li>Understand the customers technical needs and scope appropriate solutions.</li>
<li>Document and effectively communicate solution recommendations and impact.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to the global and regional sales through the enterprise sales process.</li>
<li>Ability to participate on and lead multifunctional project teams.</li>
</ul>
<p> Deploy our solutions </p>
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support to ensure the successful deployment of sold solutions across a enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to troubleshoot the successful deployment of solutions across enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Provide global, regional and local, on-site support and training for new technology and solutions to sales, service and implementation teams.</li>
<li>Take the technical lead on some deployment projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Strategy</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop solution set best practices and promote best practices through training and implementation.</li>
<li>Understand the value of company programs to the customer and have the ability to actively promote this value to the customer and within the organization.</li>
<li>Develop case studies as needed to provide technical support and interface and be recognized as an expert on company technology and understanding of customer processes.</li>
<li>Participate in industry trade associations through presentation of papers or other activities.</li>
<li>Understand company’s application portfolio and the processes directly impacted by the portfolio within defined industry segment.</li>
<li>Supports group goals by implementing strategies (tactical), as well as by providing technical and field marketing data to support decisions and future goals.</li>
<li>Participate in technical training initiatives and develop training material as directed.</li>
</ul>
<p> What you’ll need </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial), life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience of technical experience with clean-in-place systems in the food &; beverage Industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience of successful clean-in-place design, operation, technical support or technical sales support is preferred.</li>
<li>Fluency in English</li>
<li>Effective Networker – Conference Participation. Must be able and willing to write and/or co-author papers for conferences and present as needed.</li>
<li>Creative: Technically, Visually (Presentations) and Sales Situations.</li>
<li>Self-Development (Focused on Skill Development Technical/Personal).</li>
<li>Effective Trainer (Willing and Effective Communication of Technical Concepts).</li>
<li>Residence anywhere in European Union or United Kingdom near a major airport.</li>
<li>Willingness/ability to travel 50%+.</li>
