<p>Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State has denied having any form of relationship with former BBNaija reality Star <strong><a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Nengi">Nengi</a></strong>.</p>
<p>Recall that rumors had it that the reality star,<strong> Nengi has welcomed a child </strong>with the Bayelsa Governor, Diri Douye, who already has four wives.</p>
<p>Controversial blogger, Gistlover took to his page to share the picture of Nengi with the caption;</p>
<p><em>“SHALL WE?? By the way, she welcomed a child with a governor &#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;… 5th wife in the making? Make I talk abi make I face front? All these girls be doing the most, owo ijoba na yansh dey chop am… this gist is super messy… all the hide and seek don end ooo &#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;&#x1f6b6;.”</em></p>
<p>In reaction to the claims, the spokesperson of the Bayelsa Governor, Diri Douye, Dr. Kola Oredipe, has described the claims as “baseless fabrications”.</p>
<p>Oredipe said: “<em>Nengi Rebecca Hampson has no personal relationship with Governor Diri. Regrettably, purveyors of fake news are not happy with the towering political profile of the governor.”</em></p>
<p><em>This is a distraction, and some of us are very justified in the many reasons offered to regulate the use of various social media platforms</em>,” the Governor’s aide added.</p>
<p>“<em>Sadly, while we were inaugurating a brand new road in Yenagoa, social media e-rats were spreading falsehoods about the governor.”</em></p>
