We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that their needs are met.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and assist with catering needs
– Deliver catering to rooms as per Priava booking system
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide catering and hospitality services for – Room deliveries, canapes functions, fine dining functions and drinks functions
– Ensure that catering spaces are clean and well-maintained
– Perform other duties as assigned by management
Working Pattern: 40 hours, 5 out 7
Skills and Experience
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Hospitality Assistant include:
– Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
