A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to seek help after a man stole her phone at a hospital, demanding payment for its return and challenging her to “do her worst.”
This incident, which has been trending on X (formerly Twitter), was shared by the lady along with a video capturing the theft.
In the video, the man can be seen casually walking around a water fountain.
A few seconds later, he reappears and, after spotting the phone, proceeds to steal it.
After the theft, the lady reportedly contacted the man, only to be told she must pay him to get her phone back or do her worst.
In response, she posted the footage and photos of the man leaving the hospital, asking for assistance in identifying him.
She wrote: “Twitter community pls I’m begging you 🙏, I need this to go viral. This guy came to my hospital at Omole Phase 1 and stole my phone. He said I should either pay him or do my worst. It’s an android phone and I really don’t know how to track it. He’s video and pictures are below.”
The post has since gone viral, sparking numerous reactions and discussions in the comments.
