We are doing this by shifting business online and allowing event organizers to move large groups to their destinations with ease. We are the reference in people transportation, including professional sports teams, major tech companies, international music festivals, and everything in between. In the last 2 years, we have successfully expanded our offering to offer our virtual fleet of vehicles, technology and marketing know-how to governmental entities (transit authorities, airports, etc.).

About the Role:
Reporting to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of successfully driving hyper growth. The right candidate has significant B2B expertise and can be a thought partner for the business.
We are looking for someone that is an expert to tackle both strategy and tactical mandates.
Now having doubled our sales from 2019 but coming out of a difficult Covid period, you will be the first marketing team member, which provides you with the unique opportunity to not only shape the role, but also build the function (and the team) for success.
Desired outcomes in the first year
- Be accountable for driving demand (increase leads by 10x) and growing revenues across all segments.
- Develop and adjust the GTM strategy
- Develop new lead acquisition strategies and channels
- Manage budgets over different channels
- Develop sales enablement assets for customer acquisition and bus partners
- Conduct market research to drive tactics
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage direct marketing & digital campaigns
- Grow SEO presence
- Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Direct the maintenance and building of new websites
- Oversee our Customer Advisory Board
- Provide our content collaborators with strategic direction to drive thought leadership and messaging across all audiences, including video, blog posts, interactive content, podcasts, polls and surveys, reports, social media, print and more.
- Implement processes for acquiring, processing and analyzing data about our users, and leveraging those insights to inform actionable marketing strategies that acquire, activate, retain and reactivate our users
- Oversee agencies, outsourced resources and develop a team
Qualifications, requirements and about you
- USA or Canada based
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role owning growth targets and brand strategy
- Marketplace experience an asset
- A combination of experience working at startups and large companies
- Optimist and solution minded
- Master wordsmith you are able to craft convincing and moving messages.
- Great collaborator (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Operations and Product teams)
- Keen listener and when needed educator
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email management and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SFDC, WebTrends, Pardot, etc
- Ability to influence and bring others together to achieve goals.
- Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results across the business.
- A passion for building teams and developing people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & French.
