About the Role:
As an accomplished Ecommerce Manager, you’ll bring strong leadership and team management skills to the table, coupled with proficiency in Ecommerce platforms, SEO, PPC, and more. Meeting sales targets and managing digital advertising budgets will be second nature to you. You’ll ensure seamless operations through effective communication and collaboration, with a hands-on approach to eCommerce platforms and Content Delivery Networks. Your expertise will extend to UX principles, and you’ll navigate legal compliance, encompassing GDPR and digital advertising standards, contributing strategically to the success of their Ecommerce endeavours.
Responsibilities:
- Assuming responsibility for achieving sales targets and driving revenue through digital channels.
- Leading the commercial efforts on the B2C platform and actively contributing to the identification and incorporation of new product lines.
- Improving and optimizing digital platforms to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Supervising a team tasked with developing and implementing SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C websites.
- Monitoring the Return on Investment for advertising expenditures, sales, and conversions across various channels such as PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Ensuring a profitable Profit and Loss statement that contributes positively to the business’s EBITDA.
- Collaborating with the Procurement team to secure new product ranges for the website.
Requirements:
- Senior e-commerce leadership experience with effective team management.
- SEO and PPC proficiency for optimal online content and advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and the complete Google suite.
- Hands-on expertise in eCommerce platforms and Content Delivery Networks.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding ambitious eCommerce sales targets.
- Efficient management of digital advertising budgets and ROI assessment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficient use of diverse digital tools, including CRM systems.
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and web design.
- Awareness of legal regulations such as GDPR, consumer rights, and digital advertising standards.
