How you will know you are succeeding:
- Quality – There are various ways to assess the quality of work completed. One such measure is the percentage of work that needs to be redone or is rejected, especially in financial modeling. The percentage of issues resolved over total inquiries from the business.
- Efficiency – the amount of output you obtain for a given amount of effort without sacrificing quality.
- Engagement – You care about your work and the company’s performance, and you believe that your efforts matter. An engaged employee is motivated by more than a paycheck.
- Learning ability – Ability to achieve expectations that are aligned with company goals, along with participation in online training programs to assess your aptitude to learn.
- Teamwork – Ability to work in groups to solve complicated problems.
- Consistency – Consistency at work entails adhering to the same set of norms and behaviors that result in high-quality work. One can increase their consistency by using time management techniques, setting production objectives, and finding areas where they can enhance their work ethic.
