<p> Job Position: Facility Manager</p>
<p> Job Location: Lekki, Lagos</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment.</li>
<li>Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs.</li>
<li>Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.</li>
<li>Manage unplanned maintenance, repair and recovery of equipment as required.</li>
<li>Ensure the maintenance team is fully operational with all utilities functioning property.</li>
<li>Carry out daily walk rounds, noting any defect and raising it with Facility Manager.</li>
<li>Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.</li>
<li>Hands-on, Equipment Troubleshooting (generators, ACs, fridge &;freezer, oven/electrical oven, water treatment plant, etc)</li>
<li>Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure that agreed work by staff or contractors are completed satisfactorily and follow-up on any deficiencies.</li>
<li>Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator, and facility fumigation is rendered as at when due.</li>
<li>Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.</li>
<li>Maintain detail log of failing work components replaced and associated cost.</li>
<li>Ensure the basic facilities, such as water, sewer is well maintained.</li>
<li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies.</li>
<li>Maintaining day-to-day operations of maintenance activities, such as delegating or completing maintenance order occurrences for maintenance officers.</li>
<li>Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.</li>
<li>Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess a B.Eng, B.Sc, M.Eng, or M.Sc Degree with at least 5 years of experience.</li>
</ul>
