As a graduate you would be coming in as a resourcer with a great training and onboarding process and then progress to a full consultant role within your first year. The company primarily operate in asset management, wealth management and Hedgefunds and have long standing relationships within the industry; 75% of their work is repeat business from clients they have previously worked with.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively sourcing candidates using the various databases</li>
<li>Conducting initial telephone screen with suitable candidates</li>
<li>Vetting and shortlisting suitable candidates for our vacancies</li>
<li>Daily searches on job boards</li>
<li>Keeping our recruitment ATS up to date on a daily basis</li>
<li>Delivering feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates</li>
<li>Supporting the recruitment team</li>
<li>Constantly achieving the targets as required</li>
<li>Arranging interviews and collating feedback to both candidates and Recruiters</li>
<li>Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle</li>
<li>Posting jobs on all platforms and ensure these are up to date</li>
<li>Lead generation</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>What they are looking for?</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>2:1 or 1st class degree is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Corporate work experience is beneficial</li>
<li>Competitive, ambitious and results driven candidates</li>
<li>Great work ethic and self-motivated individuals</li>
<li>Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Candidates who enjoy working in a target-based environment</li>
<li>Fluent English written and oral.</li>
<li>The ability to speak a second European language, particularly French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.</li>
