<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>

<li>We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Events Coordinator/Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating Whitecrest Factor to become a leading name in the events management industry.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in event planning and management, outstanding flexibility, and the drive to achieve excellence in local, national, and international event coordination.</li>
<li>This role demands the ability to not only compete with top events management outfits but also surpass their achievements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Leadership: Take the lead in defining and executing our company&#8217;s event management strategy, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.</li>
<li>Event Planning: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to large-scale public events.</li>
<li>Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote events and attract a diverse audience.</li>
<li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure seamless event execution.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in all events, striving to exceed client and industry expectations.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of event professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving performance excellence.</li>
<li>Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective planning and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services and products, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our services.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications and Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Events Coordinator/Manager with a track record of successful event execution.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Creativity and innovation in event planning and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work locally, nationally, and internationally as required.</li>

 N150,000 &#8211; N250,000 / month.</p>
