<p> <b>Job Summary</b><br />

<li>The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with the company&#8217;s objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Duties / Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and design impactful event strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor and control event budgets to optimize expenses and achieve financial objectives.</li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase event attendance and engagement.</li>
<li>Implement marketing strategies to maximize event visibility across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional marketing avenues.</li>
<li>Research and propose innovative event concepts, themes, and formats to enhance the attendee experience.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end event execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and on-site coordination.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless operations during events, managing event staff and resolving any issues that may arise.</li>
<li>Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze success metrics, and generate reports to assess event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Utilize feedback and insights to refine future event strategies and enhance overall event quality.</li>
<li>And any other tasks that may be required of you by the CEO.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in event management, preferably within the industry/sector.</li>
<li>Proficiency in event management software and tools.</li>
<li>Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: 100000 &#8211; 150000 per month<br />
