Andy Tombs – Executive Director of Sport
The Event Director will have accountability for the development and delivery of a world leading, holistic events strategy, innovating and evolving to meet the needs of all those gymnasts that aspire to perform at every level. The role will play an integral part in developing the cultural and organisational values and able to work collaboratively and cross functionally. The individual will have to be able to check and challenge in areas outside their remit and contribute the wider organisational strategy and delivery.
For this role, we are seeking an accomplished individual with the passion, drive and determination to lead the team to continued success and maintain our position as a world leading NGB in event delivery. An experienced leader, you will have demonstrable experience within the sport system. You will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and have experience of delivering large scale events in a sporting background.
