Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we’re growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase – Red; as well as two projects in VR technology – Green Hell VR and Thunder – a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group’s portfolio.

Job Description
We seek a dynamic and strategic Employer Brand & Employee Experience Lead to join our HR team. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping and promoting our employer brand while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Business Partners, you will have the unique opportunity to drive initiatives that attract top talent, enhance employee satisfaction, and reinforce our company culture.
1.Employer Brand Strategy:
- Develop, execute and maintain a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our company values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all internal and external channels.
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top-tier candidates.
2. Talent Attraction:
- Create innovative and impactful employer brand campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.
- Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment marketing initiatives, such as job fairs, campus events, and online engagement.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts through data analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Talent Recognition:
- Create and maintain a talent recognition program to celebrate 5, 10, 15, 20 years at PCF anniversaries.
- Create and maintain other forms of talent recognition to increase Aviators’ satisfaction levels.
4. Employee Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee experience programs that foster engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement within the employee journey.
- Recommend and implement solutions that enhance workplace satisfaction, work-life balance, and overall employee well-being.
5. Internal Communication:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that keep employees informed and engaged with company news, initiatives, and successes.
- Ensure consistent and transparent messaging across all internal communication channels.
6. External Communication:
- Develop and execute external communication plans and individual comms bits that keep the talent pool informed and engaged with company news, initiatives, and successes.
7. Alumni Program:
- Create and maintain an alumni program to welcome back those Aviators who decided to leave PCF at some point.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
- Gather, analyze, and report on key employer branding, recruitment, and employee experience metrics.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Employer Value Proposition (EVP):
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and communicate the organization’s EVP, ensuring it resonates with current and prospective employees.
10. Employer Brand Training:
- Train and educate HR teams and hiring managers on effective employer branding techniques and strategies.
- Foster a culture where all employees understand and contribute to the employer brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8 years) in employer branding, employee experience, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition trends, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of employer branding and employee experience initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communication and change management.
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
