<p><b>The role</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Your direct Line Manager is The Head of Customer Service. In the absence of Head of Housing, you will report into The Managing Director.</li>
<li>Holiday requests will be authorized by Head of Customer Service.</li>
<li>Annual Appraisals will be conducted by Head of Customer Service.</li>
<li>Weekly meetings with your Line Manager to discuss any potential risk or opportunities to improve and performance.</li>
<li>Regular meetings with QS Team.</li>
<li>Read and research technical books within the industry to extend knowledge and identify risks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Verification of Domestic EICR reports conducted from previous weeks works on assigned contracts.</li>
<li>Adhere to KPI’s to hit strict deadlines for clients.</li>
<li>Manage and monitor the Morgan Lambert and any other external auditing portals. Liaise with Operations Manager to book in revisits if required.</li>
<li>Keep up to date with changes in the industry and relay information to engineers via Toolbox talks.</li>
<li>Undertake inductions with new engineers.</li>
<li>Create and update contract specifications including software templates. Send to engineers via email and answer any queries relating to the specification.</li>
<li>Check and update follow on appointments for planning team to arrange within 28 day KPI.</li>
<li>Attend client and supplier meetings where appropriate.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to planning team and engineers.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>About you</b></p>
<p> To be successful in the role of Electrical NICEIC Qualified Supervisor you will need: </p>
<ul>
<li>To demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customers and colleagues.</li>
<li>The ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative and to deadlines</li>
<li>You should have experience of dealing with NICEIC inspectors and 3rd party auditors</li>
<li>To hold relevant experience and qualifications including: NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&;G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365</li>
<li>City &; Guilds Inspection and Testing or equivalent (Ideally)</li>
<li>Good level of computer literacy</li>
<li>Full driving licence held for 12 months (Minimum)</li>
</ul>
<p> 18th edition ideally &#8211; however, 18th edition and asbestos awareness courses can be offered at our in house training centre.</p>
<p> Skills &; Experience / Qualities </p>
<ul>
<li>Good telephone manner, experience in call centres desirable but not essential</li>
<li>Ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently</li>
<li>Fantastic work ethic</li>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Good organisational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi task and work in a high pressured environment</li>
<li>Quick learner</li>
</ul>
