<br /><b>Job description</b>: eCommerce Product Specialist Overview: Pawn USA has effectively sold on eBay for over 15 years. We are now expanding our ebay team, as well as launching an ecommerce platform of our own and we are seeking 1-2 detail-oriented eCommerce Product Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in multi-channel eCommerce merchandising platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, New Egg, etc.<br />
 <br /> The eCommerce Product Specialist is responsible for maintaining and monitoring account health and customer feedback as well as supporting product listing efforts. The ideal candidate has a high drive for results and has demonstrated experience driving eCommerce business and accountability through various marketplace channels.<br />
 <br /> Pawn USA has been a successful local business for over 30 years and we have an incredible changing inventory &#8211; stuff that is fun to list online include designer purses and shoes, collectible sneakers, electronics, computers, tools, collectibles, coins, currency and a ton of jewelry! Its always something new!</p>
<p> We are offering $15-$20 an hour depending on experience, as well as a very generous profit sharing commission plan monthly.<br />
 <br /> We do offer health, dental and vision after the first 6 months, a 401K plan and earned PTO. We also offer contests and bonuses based on production and a comfortable, casual laid back atmosphere. We do pay weekly ( on Fridays) and we are looking for people who want more than a job- they want a career~.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Build product listings, content, images, pricing, inventory, marketing, and advertising campaigns on various marketplaces directly</li>
<li>Map out business rules for different multi-channels</li>
<li>Listing description &; content writing according to marketplace eligibility</li>
<li>Effectively maintain and administer a variety of marketplaces</li>
<li>Inventory control and price management</li>
<li>Listing quality checks and enhancements</li>
<li>Catalog and categorize items accurately</li>
<li>Optimize product detail pages for maximum conversion</li>
<li>Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment</li>
<li>Report on performance to management and leadership</li>
<li>Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor account health and customer feedback in order to achieve high seller ranking</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Experience &; Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Must reside in the DMV area- this is NOT a remote job, you must come in to the shop to do this job.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years selling on ebay on your own OR hands-on eCommerce experience using multichannel integrator software such as Channel Advisor, Sellercloud, Linnworks, Feedonomics, Zentail, Sellerbrite</li>
<li>Microsoft Office, Outlook, advanced Excel, knowledge preferred</li>
<li>The ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated quick learner, analytical, organized &; detail oriented</li>
<li>Retail eCcommerce platforms experience welcomed</li>
