About the Team:
The Ecommerce Merchandising & Content Specialist is an integral part of growing Pandora in Canada. You’ll be responsible for using our core systems including Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA, CoreMedia Content Management, Content Square and Adobe Analytics to flawlessly execute our online trading strategy and continuously optimize the consumer journey while maximizing sales on the Canadian website.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next phase of explosive growth for our company in Canada. Part of a larger North American team responsible for both US & Canada markets, this role will work very closely with colleagues from around the globe.
Your passion for online retail, extensive hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience coupled with a deep understanding of Canadian consumer behaviours will help you shine brightly in our small but mighty North American team.
Our ideal candidate is experienced with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA Business Manager, Content Square, Adobe Analytics and has a creative side with solid experience managing catalogs, taxonomy, promotions and campaigns, dynamic merchandising such as Einstein, SEO, sorting and onsite search. In addition, this candidate will have had extensive category/sales experience managing a digital catalog to financial targets. They will have a keen understanding of the digital tactics required to drive revenue and margin and a successful background in cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising and Marketing teams. Hands-on experience working within an enterprise-level content management tool is preferred.
Your Role as an Ecommerce Merchandising & Content Specialist:
Manage the Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA Business Manager ecommerce platform, partnering with other site merchandising specialists to execute the day to day website merchandising tasks on Canada English & French websites.
Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy aligned with Pandora’s overall business objectives. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive category growth and differentiation.
Drive revenue growth through effective planning, execution, and optimization of ecommerce initiatives. Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Support content publishing using the CoreMedia CMS platform, and deliver in a timely manner with high accuracy.
Support website merchandising tasks partnering with the larger ecommerce team – including product set up, categorization, promotion and campaign set up based on the commercial calendar with full website replication responsibilities using SFCC/SFRA Business Manager.
Optimize navigation, sorting, refinements and onsite search identifying opportunities utilizing Business Manager, Content Square and Adobe Analytics; drive changes based on consumer behavior and competitive insights.
Implement, optimize and execute the implementation of approved campaigns, including promotions and website content in line with Americas and Global guidelines.
Work closely with Manager, Optimization and Testing to execute and iterate on A/B tests to optimize and personalize the consumer journey.
Optimize onsite search performance weekly and reduce no search results, optimize product sorting within categories as well as search results pages, and set up any A/B tests in Business Manager to gather insights, improve conversion. Drive strategic initiatives to create a seamless customer experience.
Think like a customer: Continuously improve the online customer experience by analyzing user behavior, conducting user testing, and implementing enhancements to increase conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report on daily / weekly / monthly onsite content & merchandising performance using Adobe Analytics to provide recommendations to be reviewed by the ecommerce team, documenting results and sharing best practices with the rest of the team.
Execute SEO strategies presented by agency partners.
Maintain site FAQs with support from global partners.
Build strong internal relationships with US ECommerce, merchandising, operations and wider marketing & Global ECommerce team. Collaborate with and learn from colleagues in similar roles globally. Align on key initiatives and responsibilities.
Craft your career with us if you have:
Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) / SFRA Business Manager
Minimum 2 years experience working in Content Square, Adobe Analytics or similar BI tools
Minimum 1 year experience working in CoreMedia Content Management or similar tool
Proven experience in online category management and merchandising
Experience in best practices of testing, optimization and drivers of online conversion
Experience with SEO, A/B testing and Einstein Dynamic Merchandising is preferred
Familiarity with macros, HTML, CSS, XML, JIRA ticketing system and Asana Workflow tools
Strong verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills
Proactive, self-motivatived individual who is analytical in nature with a keen eye for online merchandising, design, UX principles/best practices and touts a structured approach to tasks
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives with strong attention to detail and quality of work, excellent organizational and project management skills
Be data driven, analyze data quantitatively & qualitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions and identifying opportunities
