<p><b>Job description</b>: Do you have a creative flair and a passion for eBay?</p>
<p> We&#8217;re looking for volunteers to help identify items for sale online, take photographs and upload them to eBay for sale.</p>
<p> The ideal volunteer will have: </p>
<ul>
<li>An interest in charity retail</li>
<li>Interest in vintage, collectable or pre-loved products</li>
<li>A willingness to help and make a difference</li>
<li>Be able to work with a team</li>
<li>A friendly and helpful nature</li>
<li>The ability to listen to and take instructions</li>
<li>A commitment to the ethos of The Salvation Army</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Duties</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Researcher – Items to be researched using eBay/Google lens etc, to see if they are worth listing on eBay or should be sold in the shop/Donation Centre</li>
<li>Information gathering – You will collate the item information, such as item title, description, measurements etc. I.T and/or logged in a book.</li>
<li>Photography – Do you like photography? You don’t need to be an expert and suitable and efficient equipment will be supplied for your role.</li>
<li>Lister – Someone who can input the photos and information into the software. This is the more technical part of the role and full training will be given.</li>
<li>Packer/Dispatcher – You will have to follow up great customer service by wrapping, packing and applying a shipping label to complete the customer experience.</li>
</ul>

<p> This role is an unpaid role but reasonable travel expenses will be paid in line with the volunteer expense policy, along with 25% discount on all purchases.</p>
