Job Overview:
You are a planner, a strategist; someone that is capable of making an impact on sales growth while conscientiously managing daily business activities. You enjoy new business development, building and leading teams, and have a track record of creating growth. You’re established in the PLT tire industry segment and enjoy growing the company’s market share while adding value to your customers. You will be responsible fo building business plans and sales strategies to increase sales revenue, prospecting for new business, building brand awareness, and controlling expenses according to budget timelines, and in accordance with company objectives.
Background Profile:
BA preferably in Business or Marketing
10+ years of experience PLT tire experience
Prior management experience is preferred
Benefits, Compensation, & Features:
C$130,000-C$150,000 base salary, with commission and long-term bonus incentive
