<p> As Digital Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing our website to ensure the content is accurate and current. You will collaborate closely with our scientific, marketing, and sales teams to bring your creative ideas to life through campaigns that will engage our target audience and result in increased traffic to our website. <p> What you will do at Integral Molecular: </p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with product managers and marketing team to design, implement, and analyze campaigns for existing and new products</li>
<li>Design multi-channel inbound/ outbound marketing and ad strategies based on SEO, keyword search and Google Analytic to increase company visibility, lead generation and product sales</li>
<li>Assess and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and website design</li>
</ul>
<p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree required; Marketing (preferred) or related business field</li>
<li>Proven track record in website design and maintenance, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and related analytics tools</li>
<li>Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and at least one graphic design program (Adobe Illustrator, Canva)</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>
</ul>
<p> Desired but not required: </p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with html and website programming would be useful</li>
<li>Experience with UI/UX, including best practices for web and/or design</li>
<li>Experience with CRM and project management platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Monday.com</li>
