Business Overview:
The Digital Insights Manager will help support delivery and maintenance of our suite of digital marketing tools to help evolve Fidelity’s digital offerings and campaigns to better serve our customers.
As a key member of the Digital Marketing Automation team, the Digital Insights Manager will strive to continuously improve our Martech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow the business across all digital channels, ultimately driving up customer engagement and revenue.
This role provides strategic leadership and operational support for offerings and optimization of marketing campaigns and the marketing tech stack. The objectives are to drive sales, mitigate redemptions, and successfully promote awareness of Fidelity’s brands, products, and services.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Analyzing campaign performance and data across multiple channels and our websites throughout the organization.
- Successfully manage stakeholders, vendors, working teams – ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
- Build tracking and reporting capabilities and processes across digital marketing within Marketo, Salesforce, Seismic and external channels including paid search, paid meta, social, programmatic email, and organic media.
- Maintaining and scaling the use of the platform to drive business growth through sales.
- Create Investor and Advisor digital engagement and conversion measures specific to campaigns and initiatives.
- Deliver on overall Investor and Advisor digital engagement measures as set by leader
- Continuously improve our Martech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow the business across all digital channels, ultimately driving up customer engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create, standardize, interpret, and communicate measurement plans, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that can used across teams to monitor, inform, and quantify.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, evaluate, optimize impactful A/B and multivariate tests from inception to interpretation, and recommendations using statistical models to evaluate outcomes.
- Advising and assisting Marketing teams on automation, digital execution, and A.I.-related projects. Working with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems.
- Conducting ongoing research into digital trends in the industry to ensure Fidelity Canada is pursuing a market-leading digital strategy.
- Bring a wide range of varied digital marketing expertise and best practices to all projects.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational support for offerings and optimization of marketing campaigns and the marketing tech stack.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to influence digital strategy.
- Guiding the development of new digital experiences and products.
- Identifying trends in a timely matter to be a step ahead of competitors.
- Partner closely with business leaders and other teams including technology teams, analytics, advertising, info security, compliance, and legal teams.
- End-to-end campaign execution and support using data-driven approaches to drive lead generation and driving advertising efficiency.
- Advising and assisting Marketing teams on automation, digital execution, and A.I.-related projects. Working with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems.
- Other agreed upon KPIs depending on yearly business goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- University degree, preferably in the field of Technology, Analytics or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-6 years of in the field of digital marketing, computer science, digital analytics, or digital marketing automation.
- 2 years of project management, planning, testing and organizational skills.
- Marketo reporting experience.
- Salesforce reporting experience.
- Seismic reporting experience.
- Adobe analytics, Target, or Audience Manager.
- Experience in digital Marketing and specifically reporting with automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
- Nice to Have – Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, RT-CDP, Target or Audience Manager.
The Expertise You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a digital insights, digital analytics, or data science role.
- Understanding and experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO & SEM, personalization, targeting, and segmentation. Experience in Marketo, Seismic, Vidyard, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI (or other equivalent data visualization tools), Adobe analytics, Target, and Audience manger.
- Understanding of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data landscape and how it can drive marketing strategy.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio. Robust analytical and excel skills; Familiarity with SQL and tableau is a plus.
- Ability to evaluate marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations on optimizing marketing processes, infrastructure, and technology investment to improve marketing activity impact and drive efficiency.
