<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our retail pharmacy store as a Customer Service Representative.</li>
<li>The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to in-store and online customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. To be eligible for immediate employment, candidates must reside in or around Victoria Island and Lekki.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Functions/Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.</li>
<li>Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of online issues.</li>
<li>Actively promote store products and ongoing promotions.</li>
<li>Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.</li>
<li>Maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.</li>
<li>Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.</li>
<li>Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.</li>
<li>Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.</li>
<li>Participate in the execution of in-store events and marketing initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in any relevant field.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.</li>
<li>Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.</li>
<li>Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and alternate weekends from 9 am to 9 pm.</li>
<li>Must be ready to stand for extended periods and attend to customer needs efficiently.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, and Lekki.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and positive attitude.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using basic computer applications.</li>
</ul>
