<p><b>Role Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs</li>
<li>Send proposals and arrange business meetings with prospective clients</li>
<li>Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers</li>
<li>Negotiate deals</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel</li>
<li>Promote the company&#8217;s products/services addressing or predicting clients&#8217; objectives</li>
<li>Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines</li>
<li>Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.</li>
<li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers</li>
</ul>
<p> Qualificaions </p>
<ul>
<li>BSc/BA in Business Administration, Communication, or relevant field</li>
<li>5+ years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role</li>
<li>Ability to thrive under pressure to meet quota for new business monthly</li>
<li>Excellent negotiator with sound technical know-how of the Nigerian market</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and IT fluency.</li>
<li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task</li>
<li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty</li>
<li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools</li>
</ul>
