Alcedo Care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Worker opportunity in the Flintshire area.

Skills and qualities required:
- Ideally be an avid football fan.
- Ideally be into technology and gaming.
- Good sense of humour and be able to have “Banter”.
- Must be available for morning and evening due to clients needs for split shifts between their studies.
- Dedicated, caring and driven with a positive attitude
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and Punctuality
- Supporting to social and leisure and medical appointments when needed
- Build long lasting relationship with service user and family
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience working with other carers
- Experience working with Young people with emotional difficulties/ anxiety.
- Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
Previous experience as a support worker or care assistant is essential – Minimum 6 month experinece.
Our Support workers enrich the lives of the people we support by providing care and support at home and whilst accessing activities in the community. The role includes working with individuals with Autism, epilepsy, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and other complex needs.
