this role will provide a dedicated clinical psychology service to the children&comma; young people and their families&sol;carers who utilise CHSW and in addition provide consultation and support to members of the care team&comma; whilst working across CHSW to develop our services&period; CHSW provides high quality services to meet the needs of our families and children be that in the hospice&comma; community or at home&period; We are looking for someone who understands the role of a hospice and shares the core values and behaviours of the organisation and can work collaboratively with a wide range of service users&comma; staff and partnership organisations&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><b>About you&colon;<&sol;b><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> This exciting opportunity is for an enthusiastic&comma; experienced clinical psychologist with well-developed post qualification clinical skills&comma; working with children and families&comma; has experience of working within paediatrics and ideally within paediatric palliative care&comma; or with other demonstrated relevant experience&period; This post will join a well-established and dedicated Care Management Team based at Little Bridge House in Barnstaple&comma; North Devon and will be part of the wider Families and Children&&num;8217&semi;s Service including Clinical Psychologists at the other hospice sites and dedicated Senior Care Leadership roles&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> About CHSW&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Our hospices in Devon&comma; Bristol and Cornwall have been providing expert&comma; individualised care to support children&comma; young people and their families for more than 30 years&period; We are hoping to reach even more families in 2023&period; Our belief is that the best way we can do this is to wrap our care around families who have received this significant diagnosis&period; We journey with all family members from the point of diagnosis until the death of their child and into bereavement for as long as the family need us&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p> Our ethos is to ensure everyone &lpar;Trustees&comma;
