Cleaner admits sabotaging cousin’s job prospects by trashing her CV to stop her from working at the same company.
The unidentified cleaner made this known in an online platform on Facebook.
According to the cleaner, she had been cleaning the HR office when she spotted the file among the shortlisted candidates.
Seized by jealousy, she had decided to trash her CV.
The lady who now regrets her action has confessed that she is saddened by what she had done.
Her words read …
“Hi Auntie Momoza. Please keep me anonymous. I’m a cleaner at work. So in March this year I was cleaning the HR lady’s office and saw a CV of my cousin in the top 5 shortlisted candidates for a post they advertised. I took it and threw it into the bin. I didn’t even know she applied for a job where I work. The thought of her working in the office while I’m cleaning in the same company just made my heart dark. At the same time seeing her unemployed after graduating 3 years ago makes me feel sad.”
