The role is both varied and rewarding, where you’ll provide outstanding care to our residents by supporting them with their daily living activities. You’ll provide keyworker support to named residents and ensure their wellbeing by supporting with meaningful conversations and interests whilst promoting their dignity and independence. Person centred care planning will also ensure residents needs are recorded and communicated.

This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
