<p>The Nigerian<a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/christian"><strong> Christian community</strong></a> is in mourning following the sudden demise of Reverend Azzaman David, a beloved and fearless preacher.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif;">Rev. Azzaman, who was the presiding pastor of The King Worship Chapel and Ministry in <strong>Kaduna State</strong>, reportedly died on Saturday in a fatal motor accident. The incident occurred as he was returning from Makurdi, Benue State, after leading a three-day crusade.</span></p>
<p>Although specific details of the crash remain unclear, a close family friend, Reverend Mohammed Mohammed, confirmed that the cleric died at the scene.</p>
<p>Rev. Azzaman was widely known across Nigeria and beyond on platforms like <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Facebook"><strong>Facebook</strong></a>, where he often engaged in live sessions, fearlessly debated Muslim scholars, atheist thinkers, and even fellow Christians, building a strong following among believers.</p>
<p>In response to the devastating news, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in the 19 Northern States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, expressed profound sorrow, describing his passing as a monumental loss to the body of Christ.</p>
<p>In an official statement, CAN said:</p>
<p><em>“Evangelist Azzaman was a courageous preacher, an unapologetic defender of the Christian faith, and a passionate advocate for the rights of persecuted believers. His life and ministry were marked by boldness, spiritual conviction, and an unwavering commitment to truth and justice.”</em></p>
<p>The association also noted:</p>
<p><em>“Kaduna has truly lost a great soldier of Christ. Evangelist Azzaman stood tall in defence of Christianity, fearlessly speaking out against injustice and persecution. He was a prophetic voice, a bridge-builder, and a spiritual father to many across denominations and communities.”</em></p>
