Job description: Campaign Manager, UK (6 Month FTC and Fully Remote)
As our Campaign Manager, you’ll be leveraging your diverse marketing experience across a wide variety of channels, mediums and best practices. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of our full-funnel marketing campaigns, including collaborating with our content, paid media, product, product marketing, marketing operations, sales and senior leadership across Linnworks. With a great team surrounding you, you lead by example with a “Get it Done” attitude.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract open to candidates living in the UK and able to work for any UK employer without sponsorship.
In this role you will:
- Drive multi-channel campaign strategy and execution
- Play a key role in campaign launches and awareness development in our core markets (UK & US) by creating digital strategic plans that innovate, enhance engagement, drive awareness and increase leads.
- Align with content marketing managers to deliver persuasive and cohesive marketing messages.
- Create effective revenue-driving B2B campaigns that meet the needs of the business
- Project manage campaign and content calendars to achieve on-time delivery and goals
- Track, test, report, and analyze metrics to optimize campaign performance and opportunity conversions with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
- Design integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns including paid media, SEO, email, social, programmatic, content, website, landing pages, working with multiple marketing team members to ensure efficient campaign execution and optimized conversion rates
- Drive GTM strategies that showcase competitive differentiation for our ICP
- Develop, execute, maintain, monitor, test and optimize GTM initiatives to increase sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and pipeline while also building our full-funnel approach to scaling demand
- Research companies and target personas and build lists and messaging for targeting
- Create impactful nurture programs (including, but not limited to, developing segmentation, email content, etc.) to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Strategy and execution of nurture flows, working with marketing automation and content team members: welcome emails, partner and agency communication, nurture flows
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of campaign management experience, overall 5+ years of experience within a marketing team
- Experience managing marketing project management tools like Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc.
- Demonstrated success leveraging campaigns across a multitude of channels and strategies
- Expertise in B2B SaaS multichannel marketing and lead generation in the (SMB segment)
- Creativity with excellent analytical abilities
- Experience handling multiple projects and partnering collaborative across departments to gain insights needed to improve performance
- Experience in both US and UK markets a plus
- Proven success managing demand programs/ campaigns that have delivered a high return. Strong knowledge of lead processes including experience with SFDC
- Experience implementing, using and managing marketing technology needed for the execution of planned campaigns
- A strong test and learn mentality and inclination to “execute, measure, improve, optimize.”
- Expert in Google Business Suite
- Experience working in a high-growth scale up technology company
