We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Buying Assistant or recent graduate looking to start a career in Buying. With a flair for fashion and interiors you will join our expanding Lifestyle buying team at our Huddersfield headquarters. We’re offering a salary of £22,000 per year, amazing opportunities for career progression and a mix of home and office based working to suit your needs. This role does require you to be based at our Huddersfield office for a minimum of 3 days per week.</p>

<p> As a Buying Assistant, you will work closely with a team of imaginative, trend-setting Buyers and Assistant Buyers to contribute to the exponential growth of our business. <p><b>Your Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Research trends and create mood boards and product analyses.</li>
<li>Collaborate daily with suppliers worldwide using Teams and email.</li>
<li>Assist in administrative duties and compile regular reports.</li>
<li>Attend trade fairs (when feasible) to explore new suppliers and gather insights.</li>
<li>Work closely with Buying &; Merchandising Teams to ensure accurate data management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Quality Control and Customer Services to monitor returns and identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Marketing Team to optimize product presentation and launch strategies.</li>
<li>Manage the department&#8217;s critical path for timely product development and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and quality.</li>
