Position Summary
You are a true Hunter and enjoy the challenge of driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts. Role involves prospecting and identifying potential clients, understanding their transportation needs, and presenting our services as solutions to their logistics challenges.
Location: Western Canada
Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday
What you will do
- Identify new Regional, National and North American business opportunities
- Develop first and final mile logistics, warehousing and home delivery solutions to prospects and customers
- Reach out to new prospects and develop pipelines using relevant sales engagement tools
- Account management for new accounts through regular follow-up and monitoring
- Acquire critical business information in order to present effective service solutions and competitive pricing to new prospects.
What You’ll Bring
- 4-5 years of experience within Transportation Sales
- High school diploma + 1 year certificate
- You are a true Hunter with a can do, don’t give up attitude!
- You know how to get passed the gatekeeper and know who the decision maker is
- You’re a closer, with exemplary customer service skills.
- Prospecting excites you!
- You’re driven and have strong documentation skills with (CRM) software, like salesforce
